Not only what bottles you have but, with our unique CellarMapping feature, exactly where they rest in your cellar, cabinet, wine locker or under-counter wine cooler. A bar code scanner and label printer make managing your collection easy. Apex also offers in-home Concierge Services to help you manage your wine collection with personalized cataloging and inventory setup.

CellarMapping
CellarMapping maps all bottle locations in drawings of your cellar for use with Management Pro. You’ll see the location of your wine in a drawing of YOUR cellar.
Inventory your wine collection
Management Pro’s bar code printer creates a label for each bottle as it is entered into the system. Every bottle has a unique address and identity so you’ll know exactly what you have and where it’s located at any time.
Browse your wine
Browse your collection on Management Pro's sleek, touchscreen panel by winery, region, varietal, vintage or label. View tasting notes and, of course, locate your wine!
Update your inventory
To remove a wine from your collection, simply wave the bottle under the bar code scanner and walk away. That particular bottle will be automatically deleted from your inventory.

Concierge Services
Cataloging a vast wine collection can be a daunting task. Concierge Services from Management Pro relieves you of this manual work and puts it in the hands of our professional staff.
Whether your collection contains 500 or 30,000 bottles, Management Pro will dispatch our staff to the your cellar and begin the process of cataloging and bar coding every bottle of wine. Each bottle is cataloged by country, region, winery, variety, vintage, bottle size, quantity and location.
